A FREE EXERCISE SLOT FOR SENIORS

During the winter season, Helsinki Olympic Stadium offers a free exercise slot for seniors aged 65 and over on the 400-metre indoor running track (the Tunnel) every Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., from 26 October 2026 to 8 March 2027.
During the session, you can walk, Nordic walk or run. You can also use a rollator or a wheelchair. Step-free access is available if needed.
The Visitor Centre staff will direct you to the changing rooms and the indoor running track. The Visitor Centre is located at the base of the tower (Paavo Nurmen tie 1).
